EXCELLENTVerified Amazing Experience Lance was our guide. He arrived promptly to pick us up and had snacks and drinks in the car for us. He was very knowledgable abou the island. He took us on many stops throughout the Road to Hana. We saw many waterfalls (my son and I even jumped off one and we swam in the water below), the black sand beach which was incredible, we spent almost 2 hours there, many terrific food stand (Sandy's Banana Bread, Hana Farms, Coconut Glen's), saw the Red Sand Beach, had some Huli Huli chicken on the red sand beach and lucked out and got to see 40+ sea turtles on the way home. Lance also stopped at one or two spots we passed that he doesn't normally stop at but we asked him about.Posted onVerified Airport pickup Mike picked us up at the airport it was seamless and the vehicle was quite comfortable after our long day of travel. Mike provided some information about Maui and was very friendly. My grandson left his AirPods in the back. Mike assured us he would drop them at the hotel which he did. I would definitely use this company again.Posted onVerified Treated Us Like Royalty! We came with our family, a party of ten. Six of which were our three grown children and their significant others and the four of us parents, my wife, myself, our son and his wife. The four of us rode with Lance and Scott took the kids all of whom are 21 and older. From the time they picked us up in two black Escalades at our rental home we were greeted by both drivers standing outside of the vehicles at the ready with a stocked cooler in the back. There was a sense of family from the very beginning. We were relaxed and comfortable as we drove and Lance was full of Island info and facts as we traveled. And not your typical tour guide jargon, just nice conversation and so many fun facts along with Island history. We were immediately connected to Lance as he is just a great guy and so real. No phony BS or scripted dialogue. We had taken the road to Hana a few years ago on a tour bus and this was a completely different experience. We could stop where we wanted and not stop where we didn’t want to. These guys are at your service all the way. We never felt rushed when we stopped at different places and…they paid for our lunches! Yes! It’s part of the package! When we got out at our first stop, the kids shared with us that they were enamored with Scott as well. Their words were, “he’s really cool!” That’s quite a challenge as well as quite a compliment with six Gen- Z-ers in your back seat! These two guys love their job and it showed! They took us to waterfalls where everyone could swim and jump from the rocks, as well as a surprise visit to see giant sea turtles laying out on a protected beach. Needless to say, we got much more then we bargained for! I would highly suggest if you are going to take the road to Hana, book your tour privately with this company! Not only will you get to see all of the beauty you might otherwise miss, but you will walk away with knowledge about the island’s history and memories that can not be duplicated. Mike was great and even helped us out with car seats/boosters. Communication was timely and clear which made the experience stress-free. The Escalade used was clean and well taken care of. Mike was a great driver and easy to talk to. He was understanding about our young boys fighting in the back and had great stories. I couldn't recommend Exclusive Limo Maui more. Scott was very efficient even showed up a few minutes early to get the day started. Having this service made the day amazing and stress free. We had our 3 children with us, 4 , 6 and 8. The car was stocked with drinks and snacks. Scott was able to get us to all the great stops before all the traffic , we were able to see so many sights along the road. Lance was our guide and he was ton of fun, he’s a yapper and I loved him for it lol. 3 people in my group rotated for shotgun and he talked and gave information to each of us by our interests. He was on time to pick up, adjusted itinerary as we wanted/weather accordingly. Took us to best lunch spot. We had toddlers in our group and his driving was so smooth none of us experienced any problems/headache/ sickness which I hear is common with the winding road. We hit all the spots that were on our list. The car was good, clean. I’d 100% recommend. Scott was out driver. He was at the hotel before time. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Shared a lot stories related to Maui. That was very interesting for all of us in the group. The car was very clean and stocked with water, soda, chips and energy bars. Scott took a lot of excellent photos at every stop. The Road to Hana is a full day tour with around 600 curves and 59 single lane bridges. The roads are also narrow. He drove very carefully which also ensured that none of us in the car felt any motion sickness. I will surely recommend ExclusiveLimoMaui to all my friends traveling to Maui.
