We were picked up at our Hotel in a beautiful and clean Escalade.  He took us to all the stops we wanted to see along the road to Hāna.  Great driver, felt very safe especially through all the winding roads.  He was also was very informative about Hawaiian history, culture and even the plants, trees and animals on the island.  So accommodating, and we never felt rushed. By the end of the tour you feel like Ohana!  I plan to book another tour with Exclusive on my next visit!!!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We did a private Road to Hana tour today through Exclusive Limo. This is our first trip to Maui and the experience we had today I feel will be the highlight of the trip. Taking a private trip in an Escalade versus a tour bus is the only way to go but what made the trip so memorable was our tour guide Lance. He picked us up from our hotel at 7am sharp and took us on an incredible all day excursion in which we did not return until 5:30pm. At first we were not going to do this trip because we felt that was a long day to go sightseeing. However a colleague who had done this trip with Exclusive previously told us to do it. There was not a minute of boredom throughout the entire day. Lance took us to waterfalls, lookouts, local shops, breathtaking views, and even a hidden dam deep into the rainforest. His knowledge of the area, its history and culture made for great conversation the entire day. Having a guide who has traveled this road over 1,000 times truly made this trip incredible. Had we rented a car and made the drive ourselves, it would have been very stressful and not enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and hire Exclusive for this trip, you will not regret it.

Our driver Honesty was so fun to have around and full of knowledge, the entire way she was showing and telling. She made it fun. The SWV was clean and comfortable. They provided snacks and water. We highly recommend. They were on time and ready for us. Good communication through out.

Our driver/guide, Ray, picked the two of us up at the resort. He was extremely knowledgeable about local history, including background about all of our stops on the tour. We did the road to Hana, we got pickup on time, Ray is very knowledgeable, we learned tons of local history, olelo words, benian trees, rainbows and my favorite part was the surprise stop to watch turtles. 1000% recommend the tour, but specially if it is done by Ray!

One of the best limo experiences I’ve experienced from Europe, Asia or the mainland. We were never left wondering if the remembered our reservation. Rich was proactive in touching base to let us know where he would meet us. And once we linked up, you couldn’t have asked for a better escort for our hour ride to the Ritz. The Escalade was immaculate, and while he was respectful to follow our lead on conversation, once we engaged, as a lifelong native of Hawaii, he was a wealth of information on history, culture, and recommendations. ( If you do get Rich, pick his brain on his Marine Corps heritage. Fascinating individual!) If you want a stress free, totally professional luxury experience, look no further. Shawn /Sean was on time waiting for us at the curb; he kept us informed of his status and where to meet him; he is friendly and professional; he had water and fresh towels for us too.  Verified Splurge Worthy Way to Explore the Road to Hana
Our Road to Hana private tour with our guide, Honesty, was amazing! The vehicle was of course top notch, the scenic drive was breathtaking, and Honesty was such a genuine person and guide and taught us a lot throughout the day. She was prepped with ponchos, umbrellas, hand sanitizer, even toilet paper. Her knowledge of local fauna and even grabbing edible flowers for us to try was super fun. The weather was on our side the entire day with few crowds making for quicker stops at popular sites like Sandy's Banana Bread and a near crowd-less waterfall (which we climbed and jumped off of!). The Black Sand Beach might've been our favorite spot and was surreal to see in person. Would highly recommend the splurge and booking fully private, so you aren't subject to waiting for other guests' throughout the day. We were able to tailor exactly how 'adventurous' we wanted to be and where we wanted to eat, see, and do throughout the day.
